Pursuant to the NMAPC Grievance Procedure as Amended January 19-20, 2004, our office has been requested to conduct an expedited hearing currently involving two (2) grievances.

Therefore, in accordance with the amended grievance procedure, please be advised that the Grievance Review Subcommittee will meet to review these disputes on Wednesday, October 25, 2006 at the NMAPC Administrative Office, 1501 Lee Highway, Suite 202, Arlington, Virginia 22209. This meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. and should conclude no later than 10:00 a.m.

While it is important to have as much direct participation as possible in addressing these disputes, it is recognized particularly for the management representatives who typically travel from outside the D.C. area, that you may not be able to make prudent travel arrangements on such short notice. Therefore, please advise as to whether you intend to participate in person or would be available on this date to participate via teleconference.
