First Quarter 2007 NMAPC Labor-Management Committee Meeting Sunday, January 14 - Wednesday, January 17, 2007 Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa 3555 South Ocean Drive [map] Hollywood, FL 33019

This will serve to notify all Committee members of the First Quarterly meeting for 2007 of the National Maintenance Agreements Labor-Management Policy Committee, Inc. This meeting will be held at the Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa, 3555 South Ocean Drive, Hollywood, Florida 33019. The Committee will meet on Monday, January 15, 2007 from 9:00 AM � 4:00 PM and Tuesday, January 16, 2007 from 9:00 AM � 12:00 Noon.

Separate meetings are scheduled for the Labor Committee and the Management Committee on Sunday afternoon, January 14, 2007 at the Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

In addition, the NMAPC will host a reception on Tuesday evening, January 16, 2007 from 6:00 PM � 9:00 PM.

The NMAPC Labor Section will meet on Wednesday, January 17, 2007 from 9:00 AM � 12:00 Noon. As has been our past practice, NMAPC Management representatives are invited to attend this meeting if your schedule permits.

Be further advised that the NMAPC administrative office has reserved a block of rooms at the Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa. The room rate is $299.00 per night, single or double occupancy. The cut-off date for all sleeping room requests is Wednesday, December 13, 2006. Due to a limited number of sleeping rooms, we urge you to register at your earliest convenience.

Cancellation and Other Policies:

Hotel sleeping room reservations must be cancelled 48 hours before arrival date to avoid a one night room and tax charge. No shows will be billed for the first night room and tax and rooms will become property of the hotel with rooms subject to availability.
