Second Quarter 2007 NMAPC Labor-Management Committee Meeting Wednesday, May 23 - Thursday, May 24, 2007 Embassy Suites Hotel 900 10th Street, NW [map] Washington, DC 20001

This will serve to notify all Committee members of the Second Quarterly meeting for 2007 of the National Maintenance Agreements Labor-Management Policy Committee, Inc. This meeting will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel, 900 10th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20001. The Committee will meet on Wednesday, May 23, 2007 from 9:00 AM � 5:00 PM and Thursday, May 24, 2007 from 9:00 AM � early afternoon. A joint meeting of the Labor-Management and Owner Advisory Committee will be held from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Wednesday, May 23, 2007.

In addition, a dinner will be held for all Committee members at 6:30 PM on the evening of Tuesday, May 22, 2007 in the private dining room of Finn & Porter Restaurant, located on the main level of the Embassy Suites. On Wednesday, May 23, 2007, a dinner will be held at Ruth's Chris Steak House, 724 9th Street, NW, Washington, DC. Cocktails at 6:30 PM with dinner served at 7:15 PM.

Be further advised that the NMAPC administrative office has reserved a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites Hotel for those Committee members who require hotel accommodations,please contact the hotel directly to make your reservation. The room rate is $289.00 per night plus tax for single or double occupancy. The reference code to receive this special rate is "NAM". Directions to our Hotel

From the North - Travel south on I-95 to the split at Maryland I-495/I-95 South. Signs will say Washington/Andrews AFB. Continue to Exit 22B, which is the Baltimore Washington Parkway South. Proceed approximately 6 miles and turn right onto route 50 West (New York Ave). Continue approximately 6 miles on New York Avenue until 10th St. NW. Make a left turn onto 10th St. NW. The Embassy Suites will be on your right hand side on 10th St. NW, just past K St.

From the South - Travel north on I-95 to I-395N into Washington DC, following signs for the Convention Center and the 12th Street exit. Exit at 12th Street/Convention Center and follow 12th Street. Make a right turn onto K Street, and proceed to the 10th and K Street NW Intersection. The hotel entrance will be on the right at 10th Street.

From the Metro - Take the Blue, Orange or Red line to Metro Center. Follow signs for the 11th Street and G Street exits. Make a right onto 11th Street, and head north for 3 blocks. Make a right onto New York Avenue, then a left onto 10th Street NW. The hotel is on the left, in between New York Avenue and K Street NW, located on 10th Street NW.
