The next meeting of the NMAPC Owner Advisory Committee is scheduled for Wednesday, May 23, 2007 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This meeting will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel, 900 10th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20001. Lunch will be served in the Capital B room from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 PM.

On Wednesday evening, May 23, 2007, a dinner will be held at Ruth's Chris Steak House, 724 9th Street, NW, Washington, DC. Cocktails at 6:30 PM with dinner served at 7:15 PM.

Be further advised that the NMAPC administrative office has reserved a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites Hotel for those Committee members who require hotel accommodations. To reserve a sleeping room please contact the hotel directly at 202-739-2001. The room rate is $289.00 per night plus tax for single or double occupancy. The group code to receive this special rate is "NAM". Reservations can be made online by visiting the Embassy Suites website at www.washingtonconventioncenter.embassysuites.com.

An ELECTRONIC COPY of the Owner Advisory Committee MEETING PACKET will be available for download to all committee representatives before the 2007 May meeting. This will be the only meeting packet you will receive, unless you notify our office and request a printed copy, please bring it to the meeting for easy reference.

Hotel sleeping room reservations must be cancelled 48 hours before arrival date to avoid a one night room and tax charge. No shows will be billed for the first night room and tax and rooms will become property of the hotel with rooms subject to availability.

Directions to our Hotel

From the North - Travel south on I-95 to the split at Maryland I-495/I-95 South. Signs will say Washington/Andrews AFB. Continue to Exit 22B, which is the Baltimore Washington Parkway South. Proceed approximately 6 miles and turn right onto route 50 West (New York Ave). Continue approximately 6 miles on New York Avenue until 10th St. NW. Make a left turn onto 10th St. NW. The Embassy Suites will be on your right hand side on 10th St. NW, just past K St.

From the South - Travel north on I-95 to I-395N into Washington DC, following signs for the Convention Center and the 12th Street exit. Exit at 12th Street/Convention Center and follow 12th Street. Make a right turn onto K Street, and proceed to the 10th and K Street NW Intersection. The hotel entrance will be on the right at 10th Street.

From the Metro - Take the Blue, Orange or Red line to Metro Center. Follow signs for the 11th Street and G Street exits. Make a right onto 11th Street, and head north for 3 blocks. Make a right onto New York Avenue, then a left onto 10th Street NW. The hotel is on the left, in between New York Avenue and K Street NW, located on 10th Street NW.
