The next meeting of the NMAPC Owner Advisory Committee will be held on Thursday, August 23, 2007 at the Kingsmill Resort, 1010 Kingsmill Road, Williamsburg, Virginia. The Committee will meet from 9:00 A.M. - 12:00 Noon.

A dinner for all Committee members will be held on Wednesday evening, August 22, 2007 from 6:30 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. On Thursday, August 23, 2007 there will be a cookout beginning at 6:30 P.M.

Hotel accommodations must be made by contacting the Kingsmill Resort Reservation Department at (757) 253-1703 or (800) 832-5665 prior to the cut-off date of Friday, July 20, 2007. In order to receive the NMAPC special rates, please reference the NMAPC room block.

Hotel cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to date of arrival to avoid one night room and tax charge. All no-shows will be billed for one night room and tax fee. Rooms will become property of the hotel with rooms subject to availability. Take 95 South to 295 South (outside Richmond)
295 South to I64 East (Norfolk)
I64 East to Exit 242A (Jamestown)

This will put you on 199 West. Follow this to the first stoplight, take a left at the light. This will bring you to the entrance of Kingsmill.

From Richmond:
Take I64 East (Norfolk)
64 East to Exit 242A (Jamestown)

This will put you on 199 West. Follow this to the first stoplight, take a left at the light. This will bring you to the entrance of Kingsmill.

From Norfolk:
Take I64 West to 242A (Jamestown)

This will put you on 199 West. Follow this to the first stop light, take a left at the light. This will bring you to the entrance of Kingsmill.

From Newport News (Airport):
Take a left from the airport onto Jefferson Avenue
Take I64 West (Exit 255) to Exit 242A (Jamestown)

This will put you on 199 West. Follow this to the first stop light, take a left at the light. This will bring you to the entrance of Kingsmill.
