Second Quarter 2005 NMAPC Labor-Management Committee Meeting Wednesday, May 25 - Thursday, May 26, 2005 Hyatt Arlington 1325 Wilson Boulevard [map] Arlington, VA 22209

This will serve to notify all Committee members of the Second Quarterly meeting for 2005 of the National Maintenance Agreements Labor-Management Policy Committee, Inc. This meeting will be held at the Hyatt Arlington, 1325 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia 22209. The Committee will meet on Wednesday, May 25, 2005 from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Thursday, May 26, 2005 from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Separate meetings are scheduled for the Labor Committee and the Management Committee on Tuesday afternoon, May 24, 2005 at the Hyatt Arlington hotel from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

In addition, a dinner meeting will be held for all Committee members at 6:30 PM on the evening of Tuesday, May 24, 2005 in the Mezza 9 Restaurant, located on the second floor of the Hyatt Arlington Hotel. On Wednesday, May 25, 2005, a dinner will be held at Tivoli’s Restaurant, 1700 North Moore Street, Rosslyn, Virginia 22209. Cocktails at 6:30 PM with dinner to follow.

Be further advised that the NMAPC administrative office has reserved and guaranteed a block of rooms at the Hyatt Arlington for those Committee members who require hotel accommodations.

To reserve a sleeping room and/or register for these upcoming events you may do so by going to the NMAPC website at www.nmapc.org. If you have any questions regarding online registration, please contact Ms. Gwen Jackson in our office. The cut-off date for all sleeping room requests is Monday, May 2, 2005.

Cancellation and Other Policies:

Hotel sleeping room reservations must be cancelled 24 hours before arrival date to avoid a one night room and tax charge. No shows will be billed for the first night room and tax and rooms will become property of the hotel with rooms subject to availability.
