The National Maintenance Agreements Policy Committee, Inc. (NMAPC) Owner Advisory Committee Meeting will be held on July 20, 2017 at the Kingsmill Resort, 1010 Kingsmill Road, Williamsburg, VA 23185. Hotel reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to seven (7) days before arrival. All "No Shows" will be billed for one night room and tax.

The NMAPC has reserved a block of rooms for arrival on 7/18/17 and departure on 7/21/17 at a special rate of $220.00 per night, plus tax for single or double occupancy. In order to receive this special rate, please reference the NMAPC room block. A credit card is required to make a reservation and will be charged a deposit of the first night’s room and tax. RESERVATION CUT-OFF DATE
The NMAPC block of rooms are available until midnight Eastern time on Monday, June 26, 2017; unless the block is sold out prior to this date.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM. Luggage may be stored at the bell stand for individuals arriving prior to check-in time. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION:
Individual reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to seven (7) days before arrival. Cancellations that occur inside seven (7) days of arrival will be charged one (1) night’s room and tax. Cancellation requests must go directly to the Kingsmill Resort Reservation Department phone at (757) 253-1703 or (800) 832-5665. Refunds will not be given to attendees who check out prior to their departure date.

Located 45 minutes west of Kingsmill along Interstate 64 Served by Airtran, American, Continental, Delta, JetBlue, Northwest, skybus, USAirways, United.

Newport News/Williamsburg Airport (PHF)
The closest airport to Kingsmill, only 20 minutes east of Kingsmill along Interstate 64. Served by Airtran, Delta, US Airways Express.

DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS FROM
Washington DC/Richmond
Take Interstate 95 South to Interstate 295 South (around Richmond). Then take 295 South to Interstate 64 East towards Williamsburg/Norfolk to Exit 242-A onto 199 West. Follow 199 to the first traffic light, take a left at the light into Kingsmill. The attendant at the security gate house will direct you to the Resort Center.

Norfolk/Newport News
Take Interstate 64 West to Exit 242-A onto 199 West. Follow this to the first traffic light, taking a left at the light, into Kingsmill. The attendant at the security gate house will direct you to the Resort Center.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
By Rail
Amtrak provides daily service to Williamsburg from Washington, D.C. and points north.

By Rental Car
Major car rental companies are available at three airports. While on property, our Resort Concierge can assist you with any arrangements for a rental car.

Transportation for guests while on Property
Kingsmill provides a complimentary shuttle for all guests while on property offering transportation between their guestrooms, the Sports Club, the Resort Center and the Golf Club House. The complimentary Kingsmill shuttle operates at scheduled times to transport their guests to and from Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. Group transfers are available from local airports and around town, must be arranged through Kingsmill Resort (phone: 757-253-1703).
