This will serve to notify all Committee members of the First Quarterly meeting for 2010 of the National Maintenance Agreements Labor-Management Policy Committee, Inc. In addition the NMAPC Board of Directors and the NMAPC Labor Section will meet in conjunction with the First Quarter NMAPC Labor-Management Committee meeting. These meetings will be held at the Disney's BoardWalk Resort, 2101 Epcot Resorts Boulevard, Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830.

Be further advised that the Building and Construction Trades Department (BCTD) have reserved a block of rooms at Disney's Boardwalk Inn. The guest room rate is $189.00 per night plus tax for single or double occupancy. To reserve a sleeping room you MUST contact Disney's BoardWalk Resort reservation's department at (407) 934-3372, you MUST reference the Building and Constructions Trades Department (BCTD) room block to receive this special rate. The cut-off date for all room reservations is Wednesday, December 30, 2009. Due to a limited number of sleeping rooms, we urge you to make your reservation at your earliest convenience.
