Expedited Grievance Review Subcommittee Meeting

Pursuant to the NMAPC Grievance Procedure as Amended January 19-20, 2004, our office has been requested to conduct an expedited hearing currently involving one (1) grievances.

Therefore, in accordance with the amended grievance procedure, please be advised that the Grievance Review Subcommittee will meet to review the dispute on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at the NMAPC Administrative Office, 1501 Lee Highway, Suite 202, Arlington, Virginia 22209. This meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. and should conclude no later than 11:30 a.m.

While it is important to have as much direct participation as possible in addressing these disputes, it is recognized particularly for the management representatives who typically travel from outside the D.C. area, that you may not be able to make prudent travel arrangements on such short notice. Therefore, please advise as to whether you intend to participate in person or would be available on this date to participate via teleconference. Those who choose to select the teleconference option will receive further directions in the near future.

For those of you who require sleeping accommodations the NMAPC have reserved a block of rooms at the Key Bridge Marriott Hotel, 1401 Lee Highway, Arlington, VA 22209 (703-524-6400). The room rate is $204.00 per night plus tax; please indicate your arrival and departure date when registering for this meeting. THE NMAPC WILL MAKE ALL HOTEL ARRANGEMENTS.
