Second Quarter 2010 NMAPC Labor-Management Committee Meeting Tuesday, June 8 - Wednesday, June 9, 2010 Westin Annapolis Hotel 100 Westgate Circle [map] Annapolis, MD 21401

The 2010 Second Quarter meeting of the National Maintenance Agreements Labor-Management Policy Committee, Inc. will be held at the Westin Annapolis Hotel, 100 Westgate Circle, Annapolis, MD 21401. The Committee will meet on Tuesday, June 8, 2010 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A joint meeting of the Labor-Management Committee and the Owner Advisory Committee is scheduled from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. On Wednesday, June 9, 2010 the Labor-Management Committee will meet from 8:00 AM to early afternoon. If you are unable to attend the meeting please click "No" under the RSVP tab when registering for the meeting.

In addition the NMAPC Board of Directors will meet from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Monday afternoon, June 7, 2010.

A dinner is scheduled for all Committee members on Monday evening, June 7, 2010 at the Westin Annapolis Hotel from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. On Tuesday, June 8, 2010 a dinner will be held from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM at O'Brien's Oyster Bar and Restaurant, 113 Main Street, Annapolis, MD 21401 (Phone: 410-268-6288).

The NMAPC administrative office has reserved a block of rooms at the Westin Annapolis Hotel for those Committee members who require hotel accommodations, please contact the hotel directly at (410) 972-4300 or toll free at (888) 627-8994 to reserve a sleeping room. The cut-off date for all sleeping room reservations is Monday, May 10, 2010.

An ELECTRONIC COPY of the NMAPC Labor-Management Committee MEETING PACKET will be available for download to all committee representatives before the Second Quarter Labor-Management meeting. This will be the only meeting packet you will receive, unless you notify our office and request a printed copy, please bring it to the meeting for easy reference.

-Take 695 East to 97 South

-Follow Route I-95 North to Route 50 East.

-Follow New York Avenue to Route 50 East
-Stay on Route 50 East for approximately 25 miles

-Turn right

-From Dulles, exit onto the Dulles Access toll road towards Washington.
