The National Maintenance Agreements Policy Committee is pleased to present the 11th annual Zero Injury Safety Awards, the most prestigious safety award program in the construction industry.

The event is scheduled for WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER, 26, 2011, at the National Building Museum, located at 440 G Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20001. Guests are encouraged to enter the museum from the G Street entrance.

A cocktail reception will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m., and dinner will begin at 7:30 p.m.

We will honor more than 12 million work-hours performed injury-free on industrial construction projects covered by national maintenance agreements. This total is the second highest reported number of hours for safety since 2000.

If you are an award winner be prepared to take your award(s) home following the Zero Injury Safety Awards Gala. Please note that some award winners may receive multiple awards, therefore we urge you to be prepared to transport your award(s) home. The NMAPC will not be responsible for shipping awards.

Name badges will be provided to all attendees as your ticket to the event. Due to limited seating, registration is only available online. Onsite registration is NOT available; therefore, we urge you to register at your earliest convenience. THE CUT OFF DATE FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION IS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 14, 2011.

In addition, transportation to and from the Mayflower Renaissance Hotel to the National Building Museum is available. You must complete online registration to reserve a seat (seats are limited).

The National Building Museum is located at 401 F Street N.W., between 4th and 5th Streets, across the street from the Judiciary Square Metro (Red Line). Guests are encouraged to enter the museum from the G Street entrance. Wheelchair access is available through the G Street entrance.

Metered parking is located on 5th, F, and G Streets.
