First Quarter 2006 NMAPC Labor-Management Committee Meeting Monday, January 16 - Tuesday, January 17, 2006 Hilton San Diego Resort 1775 East Mission Bay Drive [map] San Diego, CA 92109

This will serve to notify all Committee members of the First Quarterly meeting for 2006 of the National Maintenance Agreements Labor-Management Policy Committee, Inc. This meeting will be held at the Hilton San Diego Resort, 1775 East Mission Bay Drive, San Diego, California 92109. The Committee will meet on Monday, January 16, 2006 from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM and Tuesday, January 17, 2005 from 8:00 AM – 12:00 Noon.

In addition, the NMAPC will host a reception on Tuesday evening, January 17, 2006 from 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM.

The NMAPC Labor Section will meet on Wednesday, January 18, 2006 from 8:00 AM – 12:00 Noon. As has been our past practice, NMAPC Management representatives are invited to attend this meeting if your schedule permits.

Be further advised that the NMAPC administrative office has reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton San Diego Resort. The room rate is $169.00 per night, single or double occupancy. The cut-off date for all sleeping room requests is Wednesday, December 12, 2005. Due to a limited number of sleeping rooms, we urge you to register at your earliest convenience.

Hotel sleeping room reservations must be cancelled 48 hours before arrival date to avoid a one night room and tax charge. No shows will be billed for the first night room and tax and rooms will become property of the hotel with rooms subject to availability.
