This will serve to notify all Committee members of the First Quarterly meeting for 2005 of the National Maintenance Agreements Labor-Management Policy Committee, Inc. This meeting will be held at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, 4401 Grand Floridian Way, Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830. The Committee will meet on Monday, January 17, 2005 from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM and Tuesday, January 18, 2005 from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

Separate meetings are scheduled for the Labor Committee and the Management Committee on Sunday afternoon, January 16, 2005 at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

In addition, the NMAPC will host a reception on Tuesday evening, January 18, 2005 from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM.

The NMAPC Labor Section will meet on Wednesday, January 19, 2005 from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. As has been our past practice, NMAPC Management representatives are invited to attend this meeting if your schedule permits.

Be further advised that the NMAPC administrative office has reserved and guaranteed a block of rooms at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa for those Committee members who require hotel accommodations.

To reserve a sleeping room and/or register for these upcoming meetings you may do so by going to the NMAPC website at www.nmapc.org. If you have any questions regarding online registration, please contact Ms. Gwen Jackson in our office. The cut-off date for all sleeping room request is Wednesday, December 15, 2004.

Cancellation and Other Policies:

Hotel sleeping room reservations must be cancelled 48 hours before arrival date to avoid a one night room and tax charge. No shows will be billed for the first night room and tax and rooms will become property of the hotel with rooms subject to availability.
