Early Departures/No Shows/Individual Cancellations:
In the event an individual check-out earlier than the confirmed date, Nemacolin Woodlands Resort will retain all room and tax payments for the balance of the stay. Should an unforeseen personal emergency require a guest(s) to check out early, Nemacolin Woodlands Resort will review the situation on an individual basis in order to determine payment or rebate of the deposit.
