Second Quarter 2006 NMAPC Labor-Management Committee Meeting Wednesday, May 24 - Thursday, May 25, 2006 Embassy Suites Hotel 900 10th Street, NW [map] Washington, DC 20001

This will serve to notify all Committee members of the Second Quarterly meeting for 2006 of the National Maintenance Agreements Labor-Management Policy Committee, Inc. This meeting will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel, 900 10th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20001. The Committee will meet on Wednesday, May 24, 2006 from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Thursday, May 25, 2006 from 8:00 AM – early afternoon.

In addition, a dinner will be held for all Committee members at 6:30 PM on the evening of Tuesday, May 23, 2006 in the private dining room of Finn & Porter Restaurant, located on the main level of the Embassy Suites. On Wednesday, May 24, 2006, a dinner will be held at Ruth's Chris Steak House, 724 9th Street, NW, Washington, DC. Cocktails at 6:30 PM with dinner served at 7:15 PM.

Be further advised that the NMAPC administrative office has reserved a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites Hotel for those Committee members who require hotel accommodations.

If you have any questions regarding online registration, please contact Ms. Gwen Jackson in our office. The cut-off date for all sleeping room requests is Friday, May 5, 2006.

An ELECTRONIC COPY of the NMAPC Labor-Management Committee MEETING PACKET will be emailed to all committee representatives before the 2006 May meeting. This will be the only meeting packet you will receive, unless you notify our office and request a printed copy, please bring it to the meeting for easy reference.

Cancellation and Other Policies:

Hotel sleeping room reservations must be cancelled 24 hours before arrival date to avoid a one night room and tax charge. No shows will be billed for the first night room and tax and rooms will become property of the hotel with rooms subject to availability.
