The next meeting of the NMAPC Owner Advisory Committee is scheduled for Wednesday, May 24, 2006 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This meeting will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel, 900 10th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20001. Lunch will be served in the Capital A room from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 PM.

On Wednesday, May 24, 2006, a dinner will be held at Ruth's Chris Steak House, 724 9th Street, NW, Washington, DC. Cocktails at 6:30 PM with dinner served at 7:15 PM.

Be further advised that the NMAPC administrative office has reserved a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites Hotel for those Committee members who require hotel accommodations.

If you have any questions regarding online registration, please contact Ms. Gwen Jackson in our office. The cut-off date for all sleeping room requests is Friday, May 5, 2006.

Cancellation and Other Policies:

Hotel sleeping room reservations must be cancelled 24 hours before arrival date to avoid a one night room and tax charge. No shows will be billed for the first night room and tax and rooms will become property of the hotel with rooms subject to availability.
