NMAPC has reserved a block of rooms for arrival on 7/22/15 and departure on 7/24/15 at a special room rate of $189.00 per night, plus 13% tax for single or double occupancy. Each additional adult will be $25 per person per night. Reference the NMAPC room block to receive this special rate.

The rate includes: deluxe room accommodations and WAIVED Resort Fee. The WAIVED Resort Fee covers access to the Health Club and all exercise classes, access to the pools, local and access telephone calls as well as daily coffee service, complimentary in guest room internet access, bottled water in the guest rooms.

HOTEL CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: Hotel reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a one night's room and tax penalty. SHUTTLE SERVICE TO AND FROM DULLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (IAD)
Lansdowne Resort offer shuttle service to and from Dulles International Airport (IAD) at a special rate of $10 per person one way for all NMAPC guests. To receive this special rate guests must make a reservation. For shuttle service reservations and to confirm or change an existing reservation, please call (800) 541-4801 and select the Transportation option. Shuttle service is available by reservation between 6:30 AM and 11:00 PM. Upon arrival at the airport, exit the Baggage Claim at Door #4 and wait for the shuttle at Hotel/Motel Shuttle area, curbside 2H.

To ensure proper and timely pick-up and/or drop-off, Lansdowne request that you inform them of cancellations, delays or other changes to your flight. If need be, Lansdowne will make alternative arrangements.
