A dinner will be held on Tuesday evening, August 12, 2008 from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM in the Mulligan Building. Nemacolin Resort will provide shuttle service to and from the event. Please meet in the main lobby of the Chateau off from the resort registration desk. |

A lunch will be served for all non-golfers in the Club Room from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. |

Golf with Box Lunch - 8/13/08
- Nemacolin Woodland Resort - Mystic Rock Golf Course
Golf will be held from 12:15 PM to 5:00 PM at the Mystic Rock Golf Course. If you need rental clubs the cost is $75 per person and rental shoes is $15 per person. A box lunch will be provided for all golfers. The NMAPC will cover the $203.60 per person golf fee for all Committee members. This rate is inclusive of 18 Holes with cart and forecaddie, tax, bag handling gratuity, and the recommended minimum forecaddie gratuity of $15.00 per person. The bag handling gratuity is for the golf staff. It covers all bag handling, set-up of Cart Signs, Skill Holes, etc. Mystic Rock: Designed by the legendary Pete Dye, this PGA Tour caliber course includes a Forecaddie in each group and promises an unforgettable experience for golfers of every skill level. Yardage 7,550 / Par 72 Mystic Rock has a new fleet of EZ-GO golf carts for the 2008 season! |

The Shooting Academy - 8/13/08
- Nemacolin Woodland Resort - Off Property
The Shooting Academy is scheduled for Wednesday, August 13, 2008 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The shooting gallery is about 10 minutes from the resort and transportation will be provided. The shuttle buses will leave from the main lobby of the Chateau at 1:00 PM and return to the resort by 5:00 PM. The NMAPC has arranged a 50 target Shooting Academy at a rate of $90.30 per person. The NMAPC will cover this cost for all Committee members and the cost includes the following: 1. Shooting Academy Equipment - includes shotgun rental, ammunition, and eye and ear protection, golf carts, tax and gratuity. 2. The course includes over 30 shooting stations; three European pheasant flush fields, three towers and fun stations and two five-stand pavilions. Shooters are accompanied by an NSCA certified instructor and travel station to station throughout the all-weather course along a one-mile cart path. |

A cook-out will be held on Wednesday evening, August 13, 2008 from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM at the Pavilion. Nemacolin Resort will provide shuttle service to and from the event. Please meet in the main lobby of the Chateau off from the resort registration desk. |
