An ELECTRONIC COPY of the NMAPC Labor-Management Committee MEETING PACKET will be emailed to all committee representatives before the 2008 August meeting. This will be the only meeting packet you will receive, unless you notify our office and request a printed copy, please bring it to the meeting for easy reference.

Individual cancellations may be made without penalty until 30 days prior to their arrival date. Cancellations inside 30 days will forfeit all deposits.Early Departures/No Shows/Individual Cancellations:
In the event an individual check-out earlier than the confirmed date, Nemacolin Woodlands Resort will retain all room and tax payments for the balance of the stay. Should an unforeseen personal emergency require a guest(s) to check out early, NWR will review the situation on an individual basis in order to determine payment or rebate of the deposit. Any cancellation within 30 days and no-shows will be assessed for the full day.
