First Quarter 2008 NMAPC Labor-Management Committee Meeting and Labor Section Monday, January 14 - Wednesday, January 16, 2008 Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa 3555 South Ocean Drive [map] Hollywood, FL 33019

This will serve to notify all Committee members of the First Quarterly meeting for 2008 of the National Maintenance Agreements Labor-Management Policy Committee, Inc. This meeting will be held at the Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa, 3555 South Ocean Drive, Hollywood, Florida 33019. The Committee will meet on Monday, January 14, 2008 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Tuesday, January 15, 2008 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.

A dinner is scheduled for all Committee members on Sunday, January 13, 2008 at the Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa beginning at 6:00 PM.

In addition, the NMAPC will host a reception on Tuesday evening, January 15, 2008 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

The NMAPC Labor Section will meet on Wednesday, January 16, 2008 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. As has been our past practice, NMAPC Management representatives are invited to attend this meeting if your schedule permits.

Be further advised that a block of rooms are reserved at the Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa under the Building and Construction Trades. The standard room rate is $319.00 per night, single or double occupancy. The cut-off date for all sleeping room requests is Friday, December 21, 2007. Due to a limited number of sleeping rooms, we urge you to make your reservation at your earliest convenience. Hotel sleeping room reservations must be cancelled 48 hours before arrival date to avoid a one night room and tax charge. No shows will be billed for the first night room and tax and rooms will become property of the hotel with rooms subject to availability.
