Owner Advisory Committee Meeting Wednesday, April 23, 2008 (1pm - 5pm US/Eastern) Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark One South Broadway [map] St. Louis, MO 63102

The next meeting of the Owner Advisory Committee is scheduled for Wednesday, April 23, 2008 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This meeting will be held at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark, One South Broadway, St. Louis, Missouri 63102 (telephone: 314-421-1776). Lunch will be served from 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM for all Committee representatives.

In addition the Committee is invited to attend the Council of Owners and Construction Associates (COCA) Seminar on Thursday, April 24, 2008. The seminar will be held at the Gateway Center located at One Gateway Drive in Collinsville, Illinois 62234 and is scheduled to begin at 9:00 AM and should conclude around 2:00 PM. Lunch will be provided by COCA.

On Wednesday, April 23, 2008 a dinner will be held for those Committee members attending the COCA Seminar at Frank Papa's Ristorante located at 2241 South Brentwood Boulevard, St. Louis, Missouri 63144. Dinner will begin at 6:30 PM.

Be further advised that the NMAPC administrative office has reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark for those Committee members who require hotel accommodations. To reserve a sleeping room contact the hotel directly at 314-421-1776 or 877-845-7354. The room rate is $139.00 per night plus tax for single or double occupancy. Please reference the "NMAPC" room block to receive this special rate. The cut-off date for all sleeping room requests is Tuesday, April 1, 2008.

An ELECTRONIC COPY of the Owner Advisory Committee MEETING PACKET will be available for download to all committee representatives before the 2008 April meeting. This will be the only meeting packet you will receive, unless you notify our office and request a printed copy, please bring it to the meeting for easy reference.

East on I-70 to Broadway Exit-Stay straight on Broadway. Hotel is on right, just past Market St.

Directions from South:
From North bound on I-55 take the I-70 W exit-Exit 209B on the left. Take the Memorial Drive exit-Exit 251C-toward downtown/arch/stadium. Turn slight left to take the ramp toward Arch/Stadium. Stay straight to go onto S. Memorial Drive. Turn left onto Market St. Turn left onto S. Broadway.

Directions from East:
From East bound on I-64. Take the Memorial Drive exit toward Arch-Riverfront/Convention Center. Turn slight left onto S Memorial Drive. Turn left onto Market St. Turn left onto S Broadway.

Directions from West:
East on I-70 to the Memorial Drive exit-Exit 250B-toward downtown/Pine St. Stay straight to go onto N. Memorial Drive. Turn right onto Market St. Turn left onto S. Broadway.

St. Louis Lambert Airport
Distance from hotel: 14 mi.
Drive time: 15 min.
Directions: Take I-70 East to Memorial Dr./Broadway Exit. Go 10 blocks and the hotel is on the right.

St. Louis Downtown Airport
