The NMAPC have reserved a block of rooms for arrival on 8/25/09 and departure on 8/28/09 at a special rate of $199.00 per night, plus tax for single or double occupancy. Please indicate your arrival and departure dates when registering for the meeting. Let us know if you will not attend the meeting so that we may cancel your sleeping room. If you plan to arrive before August 25, 2009 only resort one bedroom suites are available at this time and are at a higher rate. The cut-off date for all room reservations is Monday, August 3, 2009.

An ELECTRONIC COPY of the NMAPC Labor-Management Committee MEETING PACKET will be emailed to all committee representatives before the 2009 August meeting. This will be the only meeting packet you will receive, unless you notify our office and request a printed copy, please bring it to the meeting for easy reference.

Newport News/Williamsburg Airport (PHF)
The closest airport to Kingsmill, only 20 minutes east of Kingsmill along Interstate 64. Served by Airtran, Delta, US Airways Express.

DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS FROM
Washington DC/Richmond
Take Interstate 95 South to Interstate 295 South (around Richmond). Then take 295 South to Interstate 64 East towards Williamsburg/Norfolk to Exit 242-A onto 199 West. Follow 199 to the first traffic light, take a left at the light into Kingsmill. The attendant at the security gate house will direct you to the Resort Center.

Norfolk/Newport News
Take Interstate 64 West to Exit 242-A onto 199 West. Follow this to the first traffic light, taking a left at the light, into Kingsmill. The attendant at the security gate house will direct you to the Resort Center.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
By Rail
Amtrak provides daily service to Williamsburg from Washington, D.C. and points north.

By Rental Car
Major car rental companies are available at three airports. While on property, our Resort Concierge can assist you with any arrangements for a rental car.

Transportation for guests while on Property
Kingsmill provides a complimentary shuttle for all guests while on property offering transportation between their guestrooms, the Sports Club, the Resort Center and the Golf Club House. The complimentary Kingsmill shuttle operates at scheduled times to transport their guests to and from Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. Group transfers are available from local airports and around town, must be aranged through Kingsmill Resort (757-253-1703).
