Second Quarter 2009 NMAPC Labor-Management Committee Meeting / NMAPC Labor Section Tuesday, June 2 - Wednesday, June 3, 2009 Intercontinental Harbor Court Hotel 550 Light Street [map] Baltimore, MD 21202

The 2009 Second Quarter meeting of the National Maintenance Agreements Labor-Management Policy Committee, Inc. will be held at the Intercontinental Harbor Court Hotel, 550 Light Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21202. The Committee will meet on Tuesday, June 2, 2009 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A joint meeting of the Labor-Management Committee and Owner Advisory Committee is scheduled from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. On Wednesday, June 3, 2009 the Labor-Management Committee will meet from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. If you are unable to attend the meeting please informed the NMAPC office at (703) 841-9707 extension 111.

In addition the NMAPC Management Caucus will meet from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Monday afternoon, June 1, 2009. The NMAPC Labor Section will meet on Wednesday afternoon, June 3, 2009 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Intercontinental Harbor Court.

A dinner is scheduled for all Committee members on Monday evening, June 1, 2009 at Brightons Restaurant, located on the second floor of the Intercontinental Harbor Court Hotel. On Wednesday, June 2, 2009 a dinner will be held from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM at Morton's Steakhouse located at 300 South Charles Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21201 (Phone: 410-547-8255) just a short walk from the Intercontinental Harbor Court Hotel.

Be further advised that the NMAPC administrative office has reserved a block of rooms at the Intercontinental Harbor Court Hotel for those Committee members who require hotel accommodations, please contact the hotel directly at (410) 234-0550 to reserve a sleeping room. The room rate is $249.00 per night, plus tax for single or double occupancy. Please reference the "NMAPC" room block to receive this special rate. The cut-off date for all sleeping room reservations is Friday, May 1, 2009. This is an absolute cut-off date so make you reservation as soon as possible!

An ELECTRONIC COPY of the NMAPC Labor-Management Committee and Labor Section MEETING PACKET will be available for download to all committee representatives before the 2009 June meeting. This will be the only meeting packet you will receive, unless you notify our office and request a printed copy, please bring it to the meeting for easy reference.
