An ELECTRONIC COPY of the NMAPC Owner Advisory Committee MEETING PACKET will be emailed to all committee representatives before the meeting. This will be the only meeting packet you will receive, unless you notify our office and request a printed copy, please bring it to the meeting for easy reference.

Hotel reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a one night room and tax charge. All "No Shows" will be billed for one night's room and tax. For all sleeping room changes or cancellations contact the Lansdowne Resort Reservation Department at (703) 729-8400 or (877) 509-8400. Please contact Ms. Gwen Jackson at (703) 841-9707 extension 111 if you need assistance cancelling your meeting registration.

NMAPC has reserved a block of rooms for arrival on 8/24/10 and departure on 8/27/10 at a special room rate of $139.00 per night, plus tax for single or double occupancy.

The rate includes: complimentary shuttle service to-and-from Dulles International Airport, breakfast and lunch inside the Riverside Hearth Restaurant, complimentary in guest room internet access, bottle water in guest room, 10% Spa discount for all NMAPC guests from 8/23/10 to 8/27/10. The $20 resort fee is waived for all NMAPC hotel guests arriving on 8/24/10 and departing on 8/27/10.

Please indicate your arrival and departure dates when registering for the meeting. THE NMAPC WILL MAKE ALL SLEEPING ROOM RESERVATIONS. Friday, August 6, 2010 is the cut-off date for all sleeping room reservations.

COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE SERVICE TO-AND-FROM DULLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (IAD)
Lansdowne Resort is offering complimentary shuttle service to-and-from Dulles International Airport (IAD) for all NMAPC hotel guests. Shuttle service is available by reservation between 6:30 AM and 11:00 PM. Upon arrival at the airport, exit the Baggage Claim at Door #4 and wait for the shuttle at Hotel/Motel Shuttle area, curbside 2H.

For shuttle service reservations and to confirm or change an existing reservation please call (800) 541-4801 and select the Transportation option.

To ensure proper and timely pick-up and/or drop-off, Lansdowne request that you inform them of cancellations, delays or other changes to your flight. If need be, Lansdowne will make alternative arrangements.

Leave the terminal on the airport road Take Exit 9B onto Rt. 28/Sully Road North Go 4 miles and exit onto Rt. 7 West toward Leesburg Travel 3.5 miles (after 3 Lights) on Rt. 7 West Exit right onto Lansdowne Boulevard Proceed through the traffic light Make a right onto Woodridge Pwky. Make your first left into the resort.

From Capital Beltway (Rt. 495) - Option 1
Take Dulles Toll Road/Rt. 267 West Proceed through main toll plaza for 11 miles Take Exit 9B onto Rt. 28/Sully Road North Go 4 miles and exit onto Rt. 7 West toward Leesburg Travel 3.5 miles (after 3 Lights) on Rt. 7 West Exit right onto Lansdowne Boulevard Proceed through the traffic light Make a right onto Woodridge Pwky. Make your first left into the resort.

From Capital Beltway (Rt. 495) - Option 2
Take Dulles Toll Road/Rt. 267 West Proceed through main toll plaza Follow to Belmont Ridge Road/Exit #4 Take Belmont Ridge Road North, to the right Travel 3 miles and turn right onto Route 7/Harry Byrd Highway Stay in the Right Lane and exit to Lansdowne Boulevard Take first right after the traffic light Take first left to Resort entrance.

Take I-95 North toward Washington, D.C.
