The NMAPC Owner Advisory Committee meeting will be held at The Gaylord National, 201 Waterfront Street, National Harbor, MD 20745. The Committee will meet on Thursday, June 16, 2011 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

If you are unable to attend the meeting please let us know.

On Thursday, June 16, 2011 a dinner will be held from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM in the Old Hickory Steakhouse Restaurant.

The NMAPC administrative office have reserved a block of rooms at The Gaylord National, please contact the hotel directly at 301-965-4000 to reserve a sleeping room under the "NMAPC" room block. The cut-off date for all sleeping room reservations is Monday, May 23, 2011.

An ELECTRONIC COPY of the MEETING PACKET will be available for download to all committee representatives prior to the meeting. This will be the only meeting packet you will receive, unless you notify our office and request a printed copy, please bring it to the meeting for easy reference.

Sleeping room reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to date of arrival to avoid a one night's room and tax charge.

ROOM RATE
The room rate is $185.00 per night plus 16% taxes for single or double occupancy (each additional adult will be $20.00). Please reference the "NMAPC" room block to receive this special rate. Reservations can be made by calling 301-965-4000.

RESORT FEE
A daily resort fee of $15.00 plus tax will be added to the guest room rate. This fee will cover several in-room amenties which at time of check-in will include:

o Wired and wireless high speed-internet access
o Fitness Center access and indoor pool access
o Designated complimentary in-room beverages (bottle water)
o Daily newspaper
o Local and toll free 800 telephone calls (20 minutes per call)

The cut-off date for all sleeping room requests is Monday, May 23, 2011. This is an absolute cut-off date so make you reservation as soon as possible!

Gaylord National is just a 15-minute drive from Reagan National Airport and within a 45-minute drive from Dulles and Baltimore Washington International Airports. And for a unique day trip, take a water taxi across the Potomac to historic Old Town Alexandria.

*Follow signs to George Washington Parkway South (to Alexandria)

*Veer Right at the sign to Slaters Lane. Take a Right at the traffic light onto Slaters Lane
*Follow signs to US Route 1 South and merge onto US Route 1 South (N. Henry Street). Proceed on Henry Street through Old Town Alexandria

*Veer Right at signs toward I-95
